Keyboard shortcuts make you more productive and help you save time by allowing you to never take your hands off the keyboard. When it comes to Gmail there are a bunch of very useful shortcuts that make it easy to navigate and perofm certain actions in Gmail.
Download the Gmail cheat sheet. It’s free.

Was not able to download Gmail SHORTCUTS
Please try again using right clicks -> save link as option on the download link.
These look really helpful, but the Gmail and Photoshop shortcuts do not download. Is there a problem with using Chrome to do this?
Yep, sometimes Chrome fails and unfortunately there is nothing we can do to fix this. Try other browser OR use right click -> save link as option.
I just want to PRINT the bl**dy thing. How does one do that????
First you need to download the file as PDF and then Print it on your computer.
Check out the steps mentioned in ‘How To Download’

Some of the links are broken! Say the one for Gmail and Cmd: shortcuts. I’ve downloaded others, but not these two.
Thanks for repairing them.
Cheers
Gy, the URL for the GMail one works fine for me. Try to right-click and ‘save link as’ rather than opening it.
Thanks for the tip, Tina…that worked great for me, and I was able to download any of the ones I needed this way. Genius!
I’m sure they are great if only the download link worked.
The download dialog box is requiring a password. What’s the password? It didn’t say a password would be needed just share the bloody message! Grrrr!
You have two options – you can either share the page using facebook, twitter, or g+, which will unlock the download link (make sure you use those buttons shown there in the download sections); or you can enter the password which is provided to all our newsletter subscribers.
for who asked the password….. OMG!! Just enter your email and subscribe it!
Is there a shortcut to delete a message?
try clicking hash key, #
I downloaded this 6 month ago and see the typo “tdis” in the second entry still isn’t fixed 6 months later!
thanks for another heads up, will be fixed shortly
fixed!
What do the two Adobe, two MS and one Apple [Pages] in upper left corner, under the Google [Docs] logo signify?
Oh, those should be referring to the formats supported by Google Docs
Thanks. Good reference.
We shouldn’t have to join a social network just to download an information file.
there are alternative download options as well, check under the download instructions
very useful tips
Appreciate this sheet, looks like it will come in handy…
I have several GMail accounts, but most of them are Google Apps. Regular GMail works fine with these shortcuts, but within Google Apps they do not work. This might be some settings, but I am not able to sort it out. Please update.
These cheat sheets have really been a great help to me in learning how you use social networks, and software more effectively. Thanks MakeUseOf!!
Use your keyboard to run right through your productivity in Gmail. Many of the shortcuts are very intuitive which makes them easy to learn.
