I am unable to download. I tried firefox first and this is what happened:
Upon entering password and clicking download nothing happens.
Clicking the entry bar and Enter causes a page to come up that says the e-mail address I entered is invalid.
Putting my e-mail address in AND the password results in the ‘you have already subscribed here’s the password’ page.
Right clicking on the download button brings nothing up. it doesn’t even depress.
On internet Explorer:
The download button depresses and in the corner it states ‘error on page’ and nothing happens.
Right clicking the download button brings up a menu with only ‘undo’ available. (the basic menu of copy, paste etc.)
I know this is of no help, but I can’t re-produce any of your issues with Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Did you try to update your browsers, empty your cache, or simply restart the computer? Could there be any addons blocking the download?

For those with trouble downloading try cutting and pasting the password from the email.

No problem downloading. I always use “right click -download as” and it puts it in my downloads folder on my desktop, of course you have to create the folder on your desktop first.:)
