The site is awaiting a renewal. I think it should be back up soon. We are looking into it. You can download the guide without a problem though as it is hosted on our own servers.

same feedback as everyone else….this is great as I just signed up with Bluehost to host my wife’s website for her business. Most the pages are going to be static, but still this is really helpful information.
