Try downloading with Firefox or Internet Explorer.
While it works for most some Chrome users experienced similar problem.

Download worked fine. Win7x64 Firefox 7.01 with more add-ons than prudent. I had issues with downloading these before. After running in circles with disabling add-ons, I finally went back and read what it says under Download Link – “right click -> save as”. Have not had any problems with the last 3 releases. Sometimes simplicity is the solution Thanks for another great manual.
