Linux systems are so ridiculously flexible and configurable, it’s downright crazy. A huge part of why Linux is so flexible is because of its modular structure. Every single system component and program is split up into many different packages that can easily be removed, added, or replaced by something else. With all the hoopla surrounding Google Drive, and everyone going nuts over Dropbox, I think one other service is being sorely neglected – Evernote. Our Evernote coverage has been rather sketchy of late, and I think that’s a shame because in my opinion, Evernote is one of the best services out there on the Internet. It deserves to be appreciated more.

If there is one thing that I constantly struggle with in my life, it’s waking up. I’ve tried everything from putting my alarm clock across the room, to using alarm clocks with some of the most annoying, loud alarms you can imagine. Truth is, I just kill the annoying alarm and jump back to bed. Putting it across the room just makes my half-asleep self walk further to do it.
