Google Calendar is used by many Internet users. People use the calendar to record event dates so they can be reminded of them in the future. Any important date you have – a family gathering, an interview, a meeting, a birthday, a date, etc. – you can have stored in your Google Calendar for quick viewing later. The native interface of the calendar shows these events in a monthly fashion.
While that might work for many people, there are some users who might want their calendar interface to be more visually appealing. In addition to the visual appeal, you might prefer to view a few of your events at a time with an idea of what is to follow. This idea is handled perfectly by a phone application called Zime.
Zime is a free to use phone application for Android devices. The app is currently in public beta. It is sized at nearly 1.5 MB and requires your smart device to be running version 4.0 or later of Android. With Zime, you get a conveyer belt view of the upcoming events that you have stored on your Google Calendar. The novel interface will suit many users since you get the most urgent event in view along with getting an idea of what events are yet to come.
The app can be used for modifying events and adding event data too. Apart from getting event information, you can schedule tasks, synchronize with all your calendars, prioritize your tasks, set deadlines and reminders, and debrief your previous week.
