Never heard of HomeGain before, i’ll have to check them out.
I use HouseFront (http://www.housefront.com) when I’m looking up house values for my clients. Zillow can be confusing to use soemtimes.
I agree, Zillow can be slightly overwhelming. However once you get used to it it’s totally worth it.
