WorldWideTelescope does not give you access to a real-time telescope, however it gives you access to thousands of photos, aerial images and guided tours throughout the universe. You can choose to view the Earth, planets, the sky or a panorama. WorldWideTelescope is a part of Microsoft research and lets you explore lots of collections of images such as constellations, radio studies, solar systems and so on.
You can also take guided tours for different space objects like nebulas, black holes, clusters, galaxies, etc. You can customize your viewing space by turning on & off a lot of features such as boundaries, orbits, stars and grid. The application has a web-based version as well as a Windows version that can be installed.
Even though the interface and navigation is pretty confusing, the app has a lot of information that would make any science lover go crazy.
