I’m currently using a service called Techinline (http://www.techinline.com) to support my access my customers’ computers remotely. I’ve gone through a number of tools, and Techinline seems to be the most reasonably priced as well as easy to use for both me and the clients, who don’t even have to install or download anything onto their machines.
TechInline isn’t free, I’d rather go with Crossloop.
This is an excellent piece of remote access software because it allows me to connect with my friend and other trustworthy sources for computer assistance. I have even met people online who have agreed to help me fix my computer with the use of this program.
