Planning a weekend get together with office colleagues? Family reuninon? WhichWeekend helps you easily find what is the most suitable weekend for everyone to meet. No need for complex schedulers or calendars. No need for accounts. It’s so simple that even your grandma can use it.

First name your event and select the date range. Then select the weekends that suit you and enter the emails of people you would like to meet up with. WhichWeekend will then forward the event page to each person in the list and ask them to mark their preferred and “can’t make it” weekends. Monitor progress from the event page.
