WhenDOUP: Monitor Uptime and Downtime Of A Site

WhenDOUP is an online monitor tool that serves two purposes. First, it informs you when a downed site is back up on the internet. Secondly, it informs you when a particular site goes down due to heavy traffic or some other reason. Just type in the name of the site and leave your email id, it will notify you when the site is down or back up, whichever you want to know.

WhenDOUP checks the website every 15 minutes, and if it goes down or is back up, it sends you a quick email informing when it went down or was back up.
