Twitxr : Twitter for Images

The best way to describe Twixtr would be to call it “Twitter for images”. Basically, it lets you take an image, add optional note and instantly share it with others via mobile or PC. At the moment Twitxr works only with iPhone phones but support for more phones is on the way. The best part about it is ability to forward all posted images to your Twitter account.
