To use this app you need to allow Twit2Tel to access your Twitter account. Then enter your country code and phone number. To call a particular contact, go to your Twitter page and post the command “@twit2tel call <username>“ or you can just go to the Twit2Tel homepage and enter the username of the contact that you want to call. Twit2Tel will contact your phone number and connect you to that user (if he/she has a Twit2Tel account).
