I’m not sure if you’ve ever tried TPC, but I have many times, for both domestic and international faxes, and it has never worked yet. And when I contacted the domain/service owner, the man who answered the phone refused to identify himself, as well as refusing to admit that he/they are indeed behind this service.

There are other services that actually do work, but TPC isn’t one of them.
