I tried Toodledo and really liked it. However, who knows who these guys are???? They have no "About Us" page and even their privacy and conditions pages don't identify themselves in any way.

I created a "trouble ticket" (the only way to communicate with them) and asked them to give us -- we customers who might want to pay them some money -- some idea ahead of time who we're doing business with, and who we're trusting our information with.

They responded that they're incorporated in California and they like their privacy.

I will not do business with them and I will no longer use their site. Too bad, too, because they've got a great product.

[...] Another reason is that adding a new task to Toodledo from Firefox is a snap, just hit Command + Option + A (Mac) or Control + Option + A (Windows/Linux) (or use the “Tools –> Toodledo –> Add task” menu). If you are curious, you can read more about Toodledo. [...]

Toodledo has been much improved since this review. The view shown in the screenshot above is what's now known as the Classic view, which is technically deprecated because it doesn't have all the awesome new features. I can't even begin to explain what new has been added in the past 11 months, but to counter DanGTD's comments, I will say that Toodledo now has Active/Someday/Deferred and all that other good GTD stuff.

I highly recommend Toodledo to everyone I know and love, and so even people I don't know will surely benefit from it as well!

As with the last update, now Gtdagenda has full Someday/Maybe functionality, you can easily move your tasks and projects between "Active", "Someday/Maybe" and "Archive". This will clear your mind, and will boost your productivity.

For implementing GTD you might try out this new web-based application:

http://www.gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use
checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.

Hope you like it.
