There are a plethora of software to-do lists on the market for the desktop and web alike. To→done, a GTD focused to do list, aims to be amongst the simplest.
Here’s how it works: you write down something you need to do at some point, and roughly how long it will take you to do it. Enter all your tasks and To→done will create a database of things you need to do and how long it’ll take to do them. Unlike other to-do lists, you won’t see (and be overwhelmed by) these items.

Instead, you wait until you have some unscheduled time and then fill To→done in with how much time you have. Do this and you’ll be told to do something. The language the program uses to tell you to do things leaves no room for distractions: it says in clear terms you should drop everything and simply get your task done. This is a very fresh approach, so you should try this app out if you’ve found other to-do lists too intimidating.

Features
- Online to-do list focused on not being overwhelming.
- Tell the program things you need to do and how long they will take.
- Tell the program when you have some free time and it will give you a single task.
- Refreshing new idea in the crowded todo list market.

It would be much more usefull it was a program at the least, possibly available for WM also. Let’s face it…if you aren’t good with your time, and are trying to use this to help you. Eh…you might not want to fire up a browser and login to a site and then enter info….you need that less than a click away
