Looks like a great free tool!
There are other alternatives that are (not free) but cheaper than the likes of Salesforce etc.
Moobiz http://www.moobiz.com will do a similar job as regards CRM and project tracking, but also adds invoicing, accounting, a website/ecommerce site and shared calendar etc.
And the pricing starts at £15/month.
