TickNTalk: View Top Twitter Links In Your Browser Sidebar [Firefox and IE]

Twitter can easily be called the center of the Internet but with millions of tweets each day it’s hard to keep track of things. More so, because many people use Twitter to share information through links and nobody has the time to check out all these links. That’s where TickNTalk can help.

TickNTalk is a browser extension that lives in your sidebar and displays the top shared Twitter links. It displays the 5 top most links at any given time along with the number of times it has been shared on Twitter. To make your world easier, instead of displaying a cryptic short URL like xyx.cf/fdwebnf, it displays the actual title of the page being shared, the Twitter handle of the person who originally shared it and the time it was shared.

You can click on ‘More Links’ to view even more top links or click on the little arrow on top to switch language to French, Spanish or German.

Besides showing the top links, TickNTalk also serves as a quick and dirty Twitter client allowing you to see updates, track activities of your friends and even make status updates right from your browser. You can also view your mentions, read direct messages and view Twitter lists.

An additional tab shows you the top links from the website you are currently browsing and clicking on the little home icon takes you back to the original screen. You can also click on any user’s handle to view their profile.

In short, TickNTalks is a great in-browser Twitter client in addition to showing you the most popular content being shared on Twitter.
