ThePrintliminator: Print Only What You Want

ThePrintliminator is a browser bookmarklet that lets you print only what you want. It allows you to easily remove unnecessary items from webpages (ads, text and graphics) before printing, making printed pages look nice and clean. Not only it makes printed pages prettier but also saves you the ink at the same time.

To start using the bookmarklet, simply drag and drop it onto your browser toolbar. Next time you come across a page you want to print, click on the bookmarklet and easily remove the items you don’t want printed. See the ThePrintliminator in action in the video below.

Hi, your link does not work, your site reports it can’t locate the page. So I googled for PrintIliminator and went to page http://www.css-tricks.com/examples/ThePrintliminator/.

The directions say ‘Printliminator < drag to your bookmarks bar' but it does not drag. what a drag!!

I am using IE8.0.

Wow, simple and effective. I haven’t tried this but I will definitely give it a try when printing documents from the web at the office! There is a lot that can be done to increase efficiency and save money. Even changing your default print font can keep money in your pocket and make a huge difference.
