Getting through FreeVideoLectures is very easy. All courses are categorized by Subjects and Universities. Subjects range from the usual Anatomy, Economics, and History, to new courses like IC Design, Signals Systems, and Web Designing. You can click each subject to find a course under them.

Most videos are embedded from third-party sources like YouTube. Some videos also have download links available through Keepvid. In addition, you can share the video to social networking sites, embed them, or subscribe to their RSS feed.
