If you like watching news more than reading it then Newsy is for you. It is an online news aggregator which shows news videos on different topics and from different sources. You can find news videos from BBC, CNN, ABC News and even channels like Al Jazeera, all at one place.

You can watch videos at random, by category or sort them by the most popular, highest rated or highest commented. Above every video, it lists the news sources and below it you’ll find user comments, entire text transcript of the video (which is cool in my opinion), code to embed it on your site and a share page which lets you easily share the video on multiple social sites.

In order to watch watch TV in your browser, simply click on that newly installed icon and navigate to the channel of your choice.

You may browse channels by countryor by category. When you find the channel you may instantly start a live stream in its media player. You can see how it works in the demo video below.

AntennaWeb is a website that can help you to find out what type of antenna do you need to receive the most number of channels at your address. Simply enter your address and a zip code, thick the box if you have tall buildings or trees nearby and click on submit. The site then will give you a list of channels and the type of antenna you would need to have.

Additional information such as how far each local broadcaster is from your house and what signal type each broadcaster provides also given. Cool website for free live TV streaming over the internet. Here you can stream live TV and news channels without using satellite or TV tuner card. No need to register, download or install anything. All you need is a broadband internet connection. Go to www.inner-live.com, navigate to the channel of you choice and wait for it to load. By default the channel window is pretty small but if you want there is an option to switch to the full screen mode.

Inner-Live is pretty comprehensive and lists most of the popular news and other channels, including Discovery, ESPN sports, ABC News, CNN, Sky News, NBA TV, MSNBC etc.

You can browse channels by country (about 40 countries), channel type (News, Music, Movies, Sport, Kids, Education / Science, Government, Arts, Lifestyle, Religious and so on), or both.
