You can browse through different arenas (in US) by first selecting a sports league such as NBA, NFL, or NHL. Then select an arena listed under these leagues to get the overhead view. Clicking a seat or a section in the arena will bring you the panoramic view where you can zoom in/out and rotate the view. You can also enter a seat or section to bring up that specific view.

As you browse your seats, you can also view information to buy tickets online. Seats 3D is a nifty flash app useful for anyone who need to know where they are seated before they can buy tickets.
