Screenr is a new entrant in the list of really cool Twitter tools. It is a screencasting tool developed specifically for Twitter users so that they can quickly create and share a screencast with their followers. You can sign in using your Twitter credentials, click the record button, record a screencast of upto 5 mins and send it to Twitter.

The tool is completely web based and hence without hassles. Plus you can retweet screencasts directly and comment on them which would appear as @ replies to the creator of screencast.
