How does it work?

• (1) Go to the website and click on full-screen mode.
• (2) Turn the display brightness down (but not off) and wait.
• (3) The process may take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours.
• (4) Once you see that the pixel is fixed, use the color picker to verify it.
• (5) In case the issue persists repeat the whole thing.

If the first method fails, there are two things you can still try:

• 1. Get a soft cloth and gently massage the dead pixel.
• 2. You can also try using a bigger (800×600 or 1024×768) graphic and leave it on the screen for about 12 hours.*

* IMPORTANT: When using a bigger graphic make sure to cover whole LCD screen with the black window. You can use the F11 button (Firefox, IE) to open browser in full screen mode and hide all the top bars. Leaving any status bar visible may harm the LCD screen.
