The catch is that you have to listen to audio ads (20 seconds max) before you start talking to the person at the other end. It has local access numbers listed for various US cities on its homepage. You’ll need to dial that in order to make the international call (you’ll incur local call charges).

The service is only available in the US since it has local access numbers only for the cities in the US. The calls will last for 10 minutes, and if you are calling the same number twice or more, the call is cut to 5 minutes to avoid phone spam.
