The application has a spreadsheet like interface where projects are organized in rows, with individual project parts and tasks hierarchically listed in between.

This makes managing and editing any part of your project very easy. You can edit project tasks in-line, delete tasks, mark tasks as complete, view task history and copy tasks.

Other general features such as setting milestones, scheduling email reminders, adding comments and linking to web content are present as well.

Projects are circles that you can drag around on the dashboard. Circles can be created in a snap. Start adding tasks to individual project by clicking on the circle. In the project view you may also time the tasks by dragging them on the calendar dates. Quick and intuitive.

This online task reminder tool has a simple interface where you enter the assignee’s email, task description and your email along with the time when the task needs to be completed, be it today, tomorrow, next week or month.

Once you hit send on the form, the other person gets an email like the one in the screenshot below. Now if that person doesn’t complete the task and marks it complete by clicking on the link in the email, both of you get notified, everyday, until the task gets completed.
