You can also use the site to edit the transformed bricks. You get a good selection of colors to choose from. The above image was transformed into what you see below. As you can see from the color options under the transformed image, we have the option to change the color of any brick we want. By zooming into the image we can better control the brick coloring.

An addition feature lets you see the breakdown of the bricks according to their color.

Photo Friday’s Monitor Calibration Tool is a webpage that guides you on how to properly calibrate your monitor online. Although it won’t tweak the monitor settings for you, it will certainly help you decide if your monitor is at its optimal viewing condition.

To calibrate your monitor with this tool, you need to dim the lights you are using and then set your browser to full screen mode. All you need to do is adjust the brightness and the contrast of your monitor until tones that are lighter than true black are clearly distinguishable from true black, and tones immediately darker than true white are distinguishable from true white. The webpage includes a palette of the grayscale tone, as well as some black and white graphics, to help you judge whether or not your monitor is already calibrated.

To remove stuck pixels, navigate to the iPhone Pixel App website and go to the “Test For Stuck Pixels” section. Once you confirmed that you have stuck pixels, go to the “Repair iPhone LCD” section and let it run for a little while. It also helps if you apply light pressure on the glass near the affected area in your iPhone screen to help quicken the process.

Fixing stuck pixels could be futile since they rarely get fixed and you are probably better off having your iPhone replaced if under warranty. But if you can’t wait for a replacement, this is a great tool to try for your phone.
