<p>SaveMeeting is a phone application for Android devices. The app is free, sized at 1.5 MB, and compatible with devices running Android version 2.2 or later. Using the app, you can begin recording audio anytime and upload it online by adding details to it. Details include meeting title, project title, meeting date, number of attendees, etc. Your recorded audio of a meeting is uploaded online to your SaveMeeting account and can be easily shared with other users on the site.</p>

<p>The meeting page has an added advantage of letting attendees share files and documents with one another. If there are any pre-meeting documents everybody should know about, the meeting page is where you should upload them.</p>

If you live in Canada, there is a web app you can use to find the most suitable meetup locations in the area. RendezView provides ideal place suggestions where you can meet your friends, based on where you are all coming from. With it, you can view places on a map between you and your friend&#8217;s current location.</p>

<p>To use RendezView, you will have to input the exact address of you and your friend (street address, postal code, town/city, and province). Then you have to indicate the type of place that you are looking for such as restaurants, bars, gas station, and more. You can then set the number of search results that you would like to see. Finally, choose whether you want to meet halfway with your friend, or if you want to specify how far you and your friend are willing to travel.</p>

<p>NoteRec is sized at 1.4 MB and requires Android version 2.1 or later. The app lets you record the audio of your meetings and take notes during the recording using your phone. These notes act as textual annotations to the recorded audio. To check which part of the meeting your note belongs to, you simply go to where the audio was annotated.</p>

Then you add participants along with their names and emails, who will automatically receive the event&#8217;s billboard link where they can make event suggestions. You then make a event poll (e.g. &#8220;what should we do?&#8221;) with different options (&#8220;watch a movie&#8221;, go out for dinner&#8221;, &#8220;make a picnic&#8221; etc)  and add a calendar to choose a common date suitable for every participant.</p>
<p>As soon as everyone have voted for the event and selected a suitable time for them, you choose the most voted event and time that fits everybody. Then you make the final decision and everyone is notified.</p>

<p>After you create an account on the site you can add a list of friends and a list of golf courses. The golf courses are pre-fed into the system – you need only type in a few of the initial letters and select the course from the given list. With your friends and courses added, you can create a golfing date plan by selecting the dates and times suitable to you.</p>
<p>Next you can add the courses you want and the list of friends you want to invite. Your friends are invited via email. When they visit the event page they can select the times and courses convenient for them. They can also leave comments on the event page. This way it will be easier for you to select an appropriate course and time for your golfing date.</p>

<p>A minute can be of the type TODO, INFO, OKAY or IDEA and you should specify a due date for every minute. You can add as many minutes as you want and once the meeting is over, press the mail button on the top left to email every attendee the minutes details.</p>
<p>Your session is automatically saved in the browser, so you can view all the minutes (sent or drafts) and a list of attendees later from the computer you took the minutes&#8217; the first time. If you plan to use the app for additional minutes later, add the list of additional attendees along with their email addresses, so when you open up minutes for a new meeting in the future, this information will be automatically inserted.</p>
