Rypple is essentially a backend for managing people online. The initial dashboard gives you a social media interface where you can post  your “thanks” for well-performing team members. Other users can then add their input by commenting, liking, and attaching a badge. You can connect with your workmates and add notes for each team member. There is also a simple action list where you can share and collaborate on individual and team goals.

Each team member has its own profile where they can add their goals and actions, read feedback from workmates, and track important stuff.

Rypple is a cool tool for internal messaging within the company. Whether you work in an office setting or work from home, this app is very useful for managers to keep track of people online and give them words of encouragement.
