ShowHopping: Find Live Music & Band Gigs On A Google Map

If you want to keep your nights busy with the latest live music, concerts, and shows, then you will need a place to find all of them online. ShowHopping is a good start. This Google Maps-based app lets you find upcoming live performances based on your location, preferred date, and your preferred bands, all displayed in Google Maps.

Using this tool is pretty straightforward – just enter the city, date, and any specific band that you like. The Google Map will then show you pins of different shows that are happening in the area. Like any Google Map, you can zoom in to the exact location, and click the pins for the show details.

A quick big city search will bring enough results to keep your schedule busy. Plus it’s also nice to find live music playing at a specific venue. This tool is also useful if you are following a specific band and want all their gigs placed on a map.
