LolsBusters is a fun website for the times when you are bored. It features funny pictures, videos, stories, flash games and jokes that are submitted and rated by regular users. The site features something new almost everyday. View latest submission on the homepage or browse stuff by type such as videos, pics, jokes, stories, flash or original. Or jump directly to most popular stuff.

Registering on the site allows you to vote, add comments and contribute your own content. If your submission receives enough so called “lols”, it gets promoted to the front page for other users to see. There is also an option to easily share stuff you like with friends.

Every week LolsBusters team selects 10 random entries from the promoted entries and awards $10 to the users who have submitted them.

Just like Youtube you can also browse joke videos submitted by other. Choose from the various Joke channels or pick a joke from the top jokes section. Other nice features include auto-play feature which plays jokes one after another and social media sharing feature.

Unnecessary Knowledge: Entertaining Facts For Your Leisure Time

Unnecessary Knowledge is a website meant for fun and pass your time when you’re bored on the net. It’s like a StumbleUpon for information and facts which may or may not be true, but certainly entertaining. You can thumb up or down a fact and it then moves to the next fun fact. You can even add your comments. No registration required. Just start having fun right away.

Here are 2 facts from the collection which may not be true but worth taking a look and having a good laugh at.

” During the reign of Elizabeth I, there was a tax put on men’s beards. ”
” Rhode Island is the only state which the hammer throw is a legal high school sport. ”

And 2 more facts which are actually true.

Overall, as I mentioned, a good website to pass your time. In fact it can be addictive too.

Jester : Jokes for your Taste

Jester asks you to rate jokes, and then recommends other jokes to you based on these previous ratings. As you rate jokes, you’re likely to find the next ones more and more funny. In other words, Jester recommends jokes that you’ll probably enjoy. The service was developed by Prof. Ken Goldberg from UC Berkeley and powered by a patented recommendation algorithm known as Eigentaste.

There are all kinds of jokes here, including mild ethnic, sexist or religious jokes. So if you’re likely to be offended by any of them then probably Jexter isn’t for you.

If you have a friend’s birthday coming up, you can surprise them by sending them an online greeting card. Even better would be to create a funny video with dancers that have your friend’s face! Both these things can be done through a site called JibJab Sendables.

JibJab Sendables is a wonderful web service that lets you send greeting cards to friends on special occasions. You can choose from a variety of cards on the site and schedule them to be sent on a particular date.

Many of the birthday cards include videos that you can create separately as well. Characters in the videos have often their faces left out for you to replace them with your friends’ faces. The results are always hilarious.
