TechCompanyPay: Find Out What Big Tech Companies Pay Their Employees

TechCompanyPay is a recently launched startup by an ex-Google employee which allows you to search what salary top companies pay for different positions in their company. To get started with the service, all you have to do is type the company name and then the city in which you want to check the salary for specific positions.

One thing to note though is that the amounts TechCompanyPay shows are average salaries paid by companies and therefore may not be 100% accurate.

The service also shows users the top companies in terms of salary which includes Twitter, Apple, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Microsoft and AOL. The average salary in Twitter is a whopping $120,000 while the remaining companies pay close to this amount. You may not be able to search for every company at the moment as the service is still new.

There are many websites on the Internet which helps users find relevant jobs. But in order to apply through these websites, users must go through long registration forms which might be a time consuming task for most job seekers. But thanks to Identified, this problem can now be solved.

Identified is a professional job search engine which uses your Facebook information to rank you on a scale of 0 to 100 which is based on the person’s qualifications, work experience and network. This score is used by companies to find the right person for specific jobs.

TheInterviewr is an innovative service that makes recording telephone interviews hassle-free. It connects with Twilio and Box.net to get the job done. Twilio lets the tool connect to the telephone lines and both the interviewer and the interviewee get an SMS when it is scheduled to begin. Then, at a click the interview can start and be recorded.

Box.net, the cloud storage service, stores all of the notes and documents that the interviewer writes during the interview. Once all is done and finished, a recording is available instantly online.

Twilio works only in the US and Canada so I am assuming that this applies to theInterviewr as well. The site could be a boon for anyone who frequently conducts interviews over the phone and finds it difficult to keep track of what was said by the person on the other side.
