Whether it’s New Year resolutions forgotten by January 3rd or a set of aspirations you’ve had your entire life, we all have things in our life we want to do but never get around to. MySomeday is a web service that allows you not just to track such goals, but also to share them with friends. Of course we’re not talking about short-term goals, like “take the trash out;” rather, think more along the lines of long-term life goals, such as “backpack through Asia.”

It’s one thing to make a mental note of such aspirations and then keep them in mind; it’s quite another to document them and then share them with friends (not to mention random people on the Internet.) If you think sharing your dreams in such a manner will help make them a reality this is more than worth checking out. Alternatively, if you just want to check out other people’s dreams to give you perspective on your own life, this is is also worth checking out.

Nexty is a simple online to-do list manager that focuses on David Allen’s Getting Things Done (GTD) system when it comes to organizing tasks and schedules. You can create different projects and add “to-do’s” to them easily. If you want to get an overview of your tasks, reminders and due dates then you could do it from one centralized page. You could also search for a task or a reminder from the search tab. The good thing about this tool is that, like the GTD system advises, it helps you focus on one single task at a time and get it done as quickly as possible.

Another cool thing about Nexty that helps it differentiate itself from other similar tools is that it is open source and can be hosted on your own server. Overall, a nice task manager for those who follow the GTD principle.
