The cost of fuel is the main concern when planning a road trip. Having the right amount of money for fuel is essential. Although you can manually make reasonable estimates of how much fuel you will require, Go-Gas provides a much better alternative.

Go-Gas is a free web service that helps calculate how much fuel your road trip will cost. If you are accessing the site on Google Chrome, the site will automatically get your location and show it on a map as your starting point. Of course you can change the starting location to whatever place you want. You can then set your car’s fuel economy and local fuel rates.

With these figures specified, you can right-click on the map to set your departure and destination points. The site then calculates the amount of fuel required through the roads available on the map. Available currencies on the site include Euros and US Dollars.
