Cadmus currently works for Twitter, FriendFeed and RSS streams. It only shows you the updates since you last checked in and tells you how many updates it has analyzed and filtered. You also have the option to see updates from a custom timeline such as the last 6 hours, last day or last week.

Once you have downloaded and installed the browser addon you can add your username and password for the services and get started. When you’re all set you will be able to post links and notes to your profiles only with a couple of clicks without the need to navigate from the current page.
