When searching for the same word or phrase on multiple webpages, it becomes annoying that Firefox doesn’t remember the word or phrase and you have to re-enter it every time. FindList solves this problem by saving your last 50 webpage searches into a drop-down list.

It eliminates the re-typing or copy-pasting of keywords when doing extensive searches on a webpage and keeps you more organized. You can set preferences such as the number of entries you want to keep in the list (default is 50) and the field width. If you want, you can also set the option to stop it from keeping entries for a while. One thing that can be added to make the extension even better is the ability to delete individual search terms from the list.

Working with HTML tables is something anybody can feel the need to do. You might need to sort some test results available online or you might want to filter out sports stats from an online HTML table. Rather than exporting the table to another file and using it in a non-browser program, you can make things easier for yourself simply by using TableTools2.

TableTools2 is a highly useful browser add-on compatible with Mozilla Firefox. The add-on auto-detects HTML tables online and lets you perform a variety of tasks on them. It lets you easily sort HTML tables within Firefox and then search for things within them. Sorting by date has the American and European options; you can also sort by time, currency or number, IP address, and alphanumeric. The data in a table can be filtered out using number ranges. Image-Zoom: Zoom And Rotate Images Without Downloading Them [Firefox]

The only way to have a better look at an image on a particular webpage, either by zooming into it to look at specific details or maybe rotating it clockwise or anti-clockwise, is by downloading it first and then using a basic image editing tool to get the job done. If you are using Firefox and find yourself doing this often then you need this add-on called Image Zoom. It does it all within Firefox so you don’t need to download images separately.

As you can see in the screenshot above, there are plenty of zooming options that you can put to use. The rotate options are rotate right, left, 180 degrees and a rotate reset option to go back to the original position of the image.

It’s a simple tool that gets the job done effectively and also offers some extras. It uses Google Translate and you can translate specific text on the page or the entire page using it. History Disable Button: Disable Firefox History With A Single Click [Firefox]

One very useful feature of Mozilla Firefox is private browsing. People prefer to use it when they don’t want to leave any trace of websites they visit. However, if you browse the Internet you will find certain tools and addons available which can retrieve the webpages visited with private browsing enabled.

So a better option would be to disable the history completely for a certain time period. To do that, you should check a useful addon named History Disable button.

Once installed, the addon adds a disable history button in the Firefox bar. Clicking on the button will activate or deactivate the addon. When active, it disables the history including the address bar auto-complete feature to improve privacy.
