If you browse the web daily you must be aware of “rage face” memes. Most people think those images are made in basic drawing tools like Microsoft’s Paint. But there are apps that let you easily create those rage face panel comics. Amongst the best of such tools is a web service called RageMaker.

You need not sign up for anything on the site. All you have to do is select a category of faces – ranging from various emotions to female faces and other scenarios – and then drag the face you want to onto your comic panels. You can add more panels and write on them to complete your comic. When you are done you can download your comic to your hard drive in the PNG image format or upload it online through the site.

If you want to create funny animations using caricatures of political figures, then you will have a plethora of web apps to choose from. However most of these websites require you to create characters before you can start animating their actions and speech. Here to give you ready made caricatures of popular political figures is a web service called Anmish.

Anmish is a free to use web service that lets you create animations using caricatures of popular political figures like Hosni Mubarak, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and others. You can also use a character from a few of the cartoon puppet characters the site lets you select.

Once you have selected your character, you can record voice and have it morphed for comedic effect. During different parts of the speech you can choose the proximity of the camera from the character thereby giving you 3 different animation shots. You can switch from one camera position to the other in the middle of the animation while editing. The overall effect is quite funny. The animations you create are publicly viewable and can be shared with your friends.

Memoov is a nifty service which lets you easily create animated movies online. You can create animations using their online studio which is basically a set of tools and resources for making animated movies.

Start by choosing the scene, then the characters and then pick the expression. Also decide the way you want the character to move and add your voice (which I think is pretty cool ). For some characters, you can also modify the looks and the attire. Add various effects and save your video.

You can also share your animation videos easily. And if you become their pro user, you get to upload your own characters and backgrounds. Moreover you can browse and watch users created videos and check out public channels.

The service is still being worked on, features such as comments and ratings are coming soon.
