With a number of different of browsers out there, which one do you rely on? It is important to understand that browsers can function differently based on your hardware configuration. PeaceKeeper is a java based web tool that allows you to test browser performance and find out which browser is best for your PC. Note that the application only measures the performance, not the security.

Without any installation or complex procedures, PeaceKeeper runs a benchmark process that tests your browser across six different performance measures related to Javascript functionality. During the benchmark process, the browser is assigned a number of points based on factors like Rendering, Computer Graphics, DOM operations and Text parsing. The process analyzes how your browser performs in each of these areas.

To start simply launch the browser you want to test, go to PeaceKeeper and run the test. Once completed run the test again on different browser and then compare results.

Below is the image showing the test results I got for Chrome and Firefox.

Main Features:

Find out which browser is best for your computer’s hardware configuration.

Run as many tests as you like.

Test browser performance in 6 major areas.

No registration or installation required.
