You create an account on the site by signing in through your Twitter account. Once you have signed in, you can either use the site’s Chrome extension or, in case you use other web browsers, its bookmarklet to save webpage URLs from then on. Builder by Extension Factory is a free web service that lets you create extensions for your browser. Supported browsers include Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
