Switchboard : Browser-to-Browser Internet Phone

Switchboard is a browser-to-browser internet phone that enables you to make voice calls, conference calls, send files, send voicemails, and chat with your contacts directly from the browser window. Simply create a Switchboard account and invite contacts.

Depending on your connection setting, you are able to choose between different connection modes. If you’re on a fast line you can go with high audio quality mode, users on slower lines can switch to low bandwidth mode. It claims to work even on dial-up modems.
