I did not sign up for this service and you charged my phone bill $9.99. I am going to report you to the BBB as there is no way to contact you. Wonder why. Please email that you have taken this service away. I will do a call for action in the news if this is not taken care of. Something has to be illegal about what you people are doing and I will find the way. you guys have no right to chage me for no reasons.And i do agree with this kid Eckert

cancel me from this program we did not ask for it nor do we want it. Please reemburse to us any charges you have put on our bill. we did not use nor ask for this service. I have tried to stop this service for one month now, no way to know if u r getting information. code #23687 STOP

I have been charged 9.99 for your service for 2 months. I never signed up for it. I want to be removed from you membership and expect my 29.98 to be rebated or refunded. Otherwise, I will report you to any and all appropriate agencies.

I hope it wont charge me anymore…

With the above 3 statements I agree. I tried calling 23687 and Verizon Mobile said they could not connect my call. You MAKE it difficult to stop or unsubscribe. I want to unsubscribe and stop this service. I am not happy, I accidently pushed something on my new phone and here’s another $13. something added to my bill. PLEASE UNSUBCRIBE OR STOP THIS. I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE! Thank you

For the last three months I have been charged $9.99 for a service I did not use or authorize. I contacted Verizon and they stopped whatever your service is. They said you have it in you power to rebate this amount since it was never used. Please advise.

Your site indicates this is a completely free tool depending upon your phone plan’s texting rates. There have been repeated monthly charges of 9.99 for your “service”. Why is this and how do we remove this service?
