SoLow: Cool Auctions from Your Mobile
SoLow is a fun and free-to-join auction service accessible directly from your mobile. On a daily basis it auctions 4 cool items (iPhone, HD Plasma Screen, Vegas vacation etc.). Anyone with a mobile phone/PC can participate in the auctions by placing their bids via text-messaging. What makes it fun and challenging is that the user with the lowest unique bid wins the auction. For instance, if you were the only person to bid 5 cents on the iPhone and for each lower bid there were more than one individual than you are the winner. (Note: US only)
SoLow Features
- Place multiple bids on the auctioned item directly from mobile.
- The number of bids you can make during any given day is limited.
- Option to find out your position in the auction. Place additional bids if needed.
- Subscribe to daily bidding hints and tips.
- Solow is completely free, however depending on your mobile service plan text messaging fees may apply.

Your site indicates this is a completely free tool depending upon your phone plan’s texting rates. There have been repeated monthly charges of 9.99 for your “service”. Why is this and how do we remove this service?
I did not sign up for this service and you charged my phone bill $9.99. I am going to report you to the BBB as there is no way to contact you. Wonder why. Please email that you have taken this service away. I will do a call for action in the news if this is not taken care of. Something has to be illegal about what you people are doing and I will find the way.

For the last three months I have been charged $9.99 for a service I did not use or authorize. I contacted Verizon and they stopped whatever your service is. They said you have it in you power to rebate this amount since it was never used. Please advise.
With the above 3 statements I agree. I tried calling 23687 and Verizon Mobile said they could not connect my call. You MAKE it difficult to stop or unsubscribe. I want to unsubscribe and stop this service. I am not happy, I accidently pushed something on my new phone and here’s another $13. something added to my bill. PLEASE UNSUBCRIBE OR STOP THIS. I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE! Thank you

I have been charged 9.99 for your service for 2 months. I never signed up for it. I want to be removed from you membership and expect my 29.98 to be rebated or refunded. Otherwise, I will report you to any and all appropriate agencies.
