Just install tht extension, click to find a song, start Live HTTP Headers, start the song and search for the header which would be something like this: http://youtube.seeqpod.com/m/[Name of Song].mp3?t=[random string]&h=[random string] Paste that very long URL into the address bar and save the resulting MP3 to your collection! What I mean is that it does not provide a direct link to the MP3, however you could of course go into the source and find the flashvars, which would point to the MP3, but a inexperienced computer user will not know how to do these things!
