ShareFlow: Online Group Messaging and Collaboration

While email is how most people communicate online, it is not the best solution when it comes to online group messaging and collaboration. ShareFlow is a web-based dashboard that allows a group of people easily communicate and collaborate on different projects without all the mess caused by group emailing. Instead of sending messages back and forth among a group of people, you join a relevant conversation thread (”flow”) and start adding your comments to the stream. It gives you a convenient way to follow all project related information including files, messages and participants from one place.

A flow creator controls who is a part of the conversation. No one gets off-topic messages and only the relevant people become part of the flow. Once you join a flow, you can post comments, documents, emails, events, maps and media files, all in one place. All the attached files can be viewed with a built-in document viewer by anyone without installing any additional software.
