There are many disposable email sites which let you have a temporary inbox for a fixed interval of time. If you want to add some fun to those disposable emails then you could consider using Shady Email.

The site, which is inspired by ShadyURL, lets you create suspicious-looking (read spammy) email addresses that hide your original email. The emails sent to that address (I wonder who would email you after seeing that address) are forwarded to your real address.

I couldn’t find the time limit after which the disposable address is destroyed. So it appears that Shady Email is more of an email hiding service than a disposable email service. Some auto-generated addresses could be offensive so beware before using it.
