SendMeRSS checks each of the websites you’ve selected at least once in every two hours. So if something new is published you should get it in your email within at most 2 hours.

Sendmerss.com is good, very good indeed. Subscribing and receiving rss has never been a problem, until recently when I tried to unsubscribe a feed by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. It just kept taking me to sendmerss.com homepage. I couldn’t find a way to contact them.
