They told me that they will honor the quoted price they gave me within 10 days after the shipping label was created. On Dec 28, they changed the price of the phone to half. Its not a coincidence that they notified me that they received the phones 13 days after the shipping label was created, 7 days after the phones were delivered, and the next day after they cut the price to half. I'll let everybody knows how it goes but I'm feeling something isn't right and it doesn't take a genius to figure it out. I received an email on Dec 29 saying they received these.

I have used them before with no problems. But I had a realistic expectation of what my phone would be rated as. You can figure this out for yourself. It's like trading in a used car.
