I have had a few reductions but it was because the phones were in really bad shape. I thought they were fair in their offer price and they did after all pay to get the package with their free shipping and i knew that if i did not like the new offer i would have to pay and get it back. all of the sites that buy phones have the sames rules. as long as you know what to expect if you send a bunch of crap or even broken. I have nothing bad to say about them at all. I'm a repeat customer and will use them again in the future. Sounds like Mike has some crappy phones.
