Do you need to send private emails containing sensitive information over Gmail frequently? If so, it is in your best interest to encrypt the data and prevent unauthorized people from reading the emails. Whether we want to accept it or not, hackers are out there, and they could easily attack your email and gain access to your sensitive information. That’s where the Chrome extension called SafeGmail comes in. It encrypts your emails and keeps your data safe and secure.

Once you install the extension, whenever you compose an email an encrypt checkbox will appear on screen. If you want to encrypt this email, simply check that box and it will ask for a question and answer that only the recipient of the email will know. This is an easy way to encrypt the email while not making the person you are sending it to jump through too many hoops.

The person you send to will receive a link and some encrypted text. They can click this link, answer the question and then copy and paste the encrypted text to read it.
Features:
- Easily encrypt email with Chrome extension.
- Uses a secret question system to encrypt the emails.
- Encryption is optional with each email.

Seems very useful. Thanks!
I’ll have to try this out!!
This would be very useful for us gmail users, must to try this out. The extension is called (appropriately) SafeGmail. It encrypts messages on your laptop or computer and decrypts them around the recipient’s computer system when they’re prepared to be study. Nonetheless, when the messages aren’t becoming read by the intended recipient, they stay absolutely encrypted and invulnerable to attack.
