Qwitter : Helps you Quit Smoking
Qwitter aims to help you quit smoking. Using this little tool you can track how many cigarettes you smoke each day, track your progress over time, keep a short-note journal of feelings you go through and share your progress with friends who can support you. Here is the best part, Qwitter is fully integrated with your Twitter account and doesn’t require anything else. So if you have a Twitter account you can start using it right away.

How does it work?
1. Go and open yourself a Twitter account, if you haven’t done so already.
2. Tell Qwitter when you smoke. Say you have just smoked 2 cigarettes. You can notify Qwitter abou it by posting a Twitter message in the following format: @iquit2.
3. At the end of the day, Qwitter combines all of your messages, calculates the total nr. of cigarettes you smoked and adds it to your progress graph.
4. If you want to add a thought or note to your Qwitter journal then post a message using @iquit. Ex. @iquit I’d walk a mile for a Camel.
