When it finds a job matching your and recruiter’s needs it automatically submits your resume to the recruiter. Your name stays totally anonymous, you can even block your current employer so no one knows you are looking for job. If the recruiter decides to talk to you about the job, you will get an email asking if you want talk. In that email you also get detailed info about the job (company, salary, benefits, promotions, etc..) so you can easily make your decision.
